Is there a fee to attend the exhibition or hold a solo exhibition?

Yes, both types of exhibitions are paid. Fees are written in the “pricing” section. These fees are collected only to cover some of our expenses.

I will attend the exhibition, but where will I pay the fee?

To make payment, you must first fill out the form. When you complete your submission, you will be automatically directed to the Stripe payment page.

What is Stripe? Why am I paying there?

Stripe is an international payment platform. As a Europe-based platform, we may have difficulty receiving payments, especially from the Asian continent. That’s why we prefer to receive payments securely from anywhere in the world using Stripe.

I accidentally closed the window while paying. What will happen now?

First, check your mailbox. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address. There is a payment link in the email. You can continue your payment from that link. Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder as well.

Can I hold my solo exhibition on the date I determine?

Yes. There is an area in the application form where you can upload an exhibition poster. We will publish your exhibition on the date on your exhibition poster.

Will I get a certificate when I hold an exhibition or participate in a group exhibition?

Definitely. We believe in complete transparency in this regard. We send you a certificate after the exhibition is over.

What is your return policy?

According to our policy, we cannot refund your payment if you have completed it.
